    I seen this story on the news. Yes, she was wrong by texting walking down the sidewalk and not paying attention. But, the road crew left the cover off of the manhole and left to get cones. You could call them the stupid ones for leaving and not putting the cover back on until they returned. Not an open and closed case here.

    Instead of walking, I wish she would have been driving and instead of a manhole I wish it would have been a bridge.

    The city is going to lose this one but they're both definitely at fault. I wish the city could counter sue for her being a dumbarse.

    What are the Cell companies going to have to do put a Motion sensor into these phones to get these IDIOTS TO STOP WALKING INTO THE SEWERS.
