Hi- yea the conviction was in February of this year. I took a defensive driving course and had no points on my license assigned.

it was in February of this year. Took a defensive driving course and had no points assigned to license. Didn’t even realize it would be on mvr until this morning. You don’t even think western express would take the chance?

yes I actually probably should have because I actually read on a lawyers website thus morning that using the phone as a gps doesn’t count as texting and driving and that is actually what I was doing. Don’t know if that’s true or not but I actually wasn’t texting. Just didn’t have a mount. Can’t fix it now though.

How exactly did you get caught? Camera or cop observing you while next to/behind you etc.?

At Swift that is a one and done type of thing.

People forget that its ANY DEVICE USE while operating a vehicle, so even if its mounted, they can still hit you with the ticket.
