Hi all. I want to start by saying thank you to The Truckers Report.
There have been so many helpful threads thanks to all of you.
I have been in the medical field for the past 21 years. I have recently decided to try to get into trucking. I have done hours of research on here.
I started applying to different companys. So far, Stevens and Central Refrigerated have offered me positions. I have my cdl with tanker and hazmat. However, I dont have much OTR.
Any info about training, or schools, or companies that would take me with little experience would be appreciated. Again, a big thanks to all of you.
Take care of yourselves and God Bless....

    Hello and welcome!

There's a quite a few here who moved into trucking as a second career, not sure about medics, but certainly there are some nurses here.
Don't forget there are threads on this forum about good and bad companies, so be sure to check out the companies you are thinking about.
And you can always post a question yourself if you dont find the info you want straight away.
Keep posting and update us when you make a choice!
