Don't you consider this a valid safety issue and a reason an LEO can pull you over?...

First of all what is an LEO? and yes it is a safety issue but Im an adult and believe I should be talked to as an adult and not fussed at or talked down to just because the supervisor is old enough to be my grandfather. When I told him I rarely ever use signals to make lane changes in my personal vehicle or the company van, he raises his voice even more saying now you know better than that. That is fine to question me on this but why can't it be an adult conversation where two people are talking to each other in the same manner, no raised voices. That is all I ask.

Lane change accidents are one of the most common, and probably the most preventable. You think everyone else can read your mind? Sloppy and lazy. An accident waiting to happen.

Hey Ditch, if you are working out of the Allentown, PA Werner yard why not take a quick trip after you walk the plank over to http://www.nfiindustries.com/ & see if they have a spot for you. And when your done there swing over to the Lehigh Valley Mall, grab a Bismark Sailor Sandwich (BSS) & a Liter of Optimator Dobbel bock (OBB) cause it's good for the soul.

You were leaving to go to Roehl anyway .Any co is better than Werner, one of my twins got screwed by them so his brother went to Swift;he's on his 3rd week with them on a dedicated regional account for P@G.He gets 44cpm empty or loaded;gets to come home for his reset once a week. He's happy with swift;they don't hassel you like Werner does. His first week he dented the trailer and ripped off a mirror on a tree branch;they didn't even call him into saftey;just gave him a newer truck and sent him back out.(if that was Werner, they would have been all over him)
