THE ADVENTURES CONTINUE - DFO gets a truck and hops on Schneider's IC Choice Program

Finally got it worked out with weekend shift and had them pull the loads. Oddly enough got a load headed up to the same area (Hagerstown MD), but its relaying out of the Atlanta OC so that solves the trailer search problem. She told me there is a huge problem with trailers in the southeast right now. Yeah, tell me about it. Then I reassigned the same load that I had out of Carlisle headed to Garysburg and that gets me home on Monday without any delays or 200 mile trailer searches involved. I was originally planning to take a load up to Henderson NC but in the 5 minute period between hanging up the phone and double checking it on the load board it disappeared. Guess I better start looking around and seeing if the relay has arrived yet.

 

Looks like I'll be waiting around Atlanta oc until the relay shows up which at the moment looks like later this evening. Least I'm not running around looking for a trailer.
