Pretty much. This load, we have contact info for the yard on Idaho, so could possibly get a load headed back east. If we find our own "backhaul" - and that is allowed, except for food, animals, or hazmat - we just contact the company, and for 20% of the pay they will let us haul it under their authority, insurance, etc.

I say its time for Micki to stop hi jacking DFO's thread, dormant though it is, and start herself a new one for the new gig.

This post still makes me smile. I hope you stumble across this dfo. I didn't post back then but i was the guy who snagged your load. Booked it in waycross on my way to tifton. will never forget seeing you in the front row of the pilot facing the fuel isles @1300 with your curtains closed vampire style as I was bobtailing through on my way to Macon. You were my biggest competitor, same lane to the tee. Well anyway take your time but hurry back. You are sorely missed. By the way, the place in Suffolk still sucks, only now it's filled with swift if you can imagine that cluster f.

DFO, found this thread yesterday and finally figured out what's happened with you. I'm glad to hear that the new meds are working and you're getting on with life. Hopefully it'll only continue to improve and one day you'll be passing my pumpkin on the road.

Your threads were one of the reasons I chose SNI. Felt like I was there in the passenger seat with you. I wonder if I'm the only one (you should get that recruiting kickback from them lol). And my experiences so far certainly don't differ all too much.

Your thread is not so shabby in its own right. Just tells me a well written thread and above most a honest thread tends to live on.

    mickimause and Friday Thank this.
