I have learned something very important this morning.... Don't let LadyK drive first thing in the morning.... or at least before she has had her coffee.... LOL...
... >coffee + Truck + irragation sprinklers + dirt road = mud road on west end of town and shipper being on west end.... #### GPS...

Honest... it wasn't LadyK's fault or even the lack of coffee....
The directions from Central (like normal) didn't make any sence so I did a google search of the address... Google showed it at SR46 and McCombs Road, GPS showed it about 4 miles up the road (dirt/mud road) in fact it was on the east side of Wasco just off of hwy 99....
But we had fun..... LOL.... :biggrin_25523:

    Lady K Thanks this.

Yep... His fault (and mine because I was driving)... He said go down this road... It's only about a mile up... 5 miles later we call the shipper and it was on the other side of town ... LOL! Still a 'nice' drive...:biggrin_25523:

Tried starting a new thread, but it hasn't seen much traffic... So thought I would just say Hi from here...

Hello from Pheonix, AZ ... Dropped in the yard and as usual no MT trailers... Night DM said we can't BT ... So we wated for over 3 hrs for the daytime weekend DM to say ... OK you can BT :biggrin_25523:

What some folks use for smarts... Or maybe there is more going on that they haven't told us about.

Case in point... Had a load out of Wasco, CA... In the load info it said that it might take several hours... Well it did! That put us late in AZ to drop then pick up a load that should have been picked up 2 days before. Well we are a team, so pushing it we might have been able to make it... BUT the night time DM wouldn't give us the OK to BT to our pick up, so had to wait for the daytime weekenders to come in...they gave the OK... Sigh.. So now we have the delay from the original load + the delay of the BT vs. no MT... Now we have updated the weekenders of our ETA... We WILL be late... Maybe if we were ungoverned and could run posted speed limits we MIGHT have got it there on time... Now we ALSO have a preset that we will NOT be able to pick up on time (these things snowball)... When we sent the message yesterday, we had no reply of ANY kind back.. So today I asked 'did you get the message' ... The reply back is that it will be forwarded to our DM. Now our DM will come back on Monday AFTER our delivery time that we can't make!! So is anything getting done to reschedule either of or loads? The delivery can only be rescheduled online .. We called and tried to ourselves!

    ARG!!! :biggrin_25510:

    Wedge Thanks this.

Well the appt got rescheduled... For TOMORROW morning... Sigh ... Oh and our 'preset', we got unassigned from... Which is just as well, since we would have been VERY late for the pick up... So now we are sitting and stewing - LOL! No new load yet either... Who wants to take bets that the new load won't pick up until the 15th?? Which would mean even MORE sitting... :biggrin_2556:
