Donner is crawling with CHP more often than not

Yeah Cabbage (I 84 w/b into Pendleton, Or.) VS. Donner (I 80 w/b from Truckee, Ca.) Cabbage is over in less than 10 min, Donner is miles longer. Both are 6 %, Donner descends, levels off, varies between 6% and 4-5%. Donner also has highway signs unique to truckers, (in trucker lingo).
