2013 Hyundai Elantra L models DO NOT come with keyless remotes in the middle arm rest. Automatic or 5 speed. No remotes.

New style Ford Escapes are locking up on their own. If you're short hauling them, IE leaving the keys in the ignition on the top decks, then leave the key code card out and on the dash where you can see the number to punch into the number pad outside. It's happened to a number of us recently. I had a new one do it yesterday on the over head.

Keep an eye on the lower rear side bumper area on Ford Explorers. Seeing a lot with rub marks and scratches.

I have had similar experiences, not hauling cars over the road, but I did spend 3 years running a towing/repo business, we had a constant stream of people coming to us claiming their cars had been damaged.

What I started doing is I took photos of everything, I mean of everything, Id take photos of the car sitting on the ground before I hooked to it, and then id take pictures of it sitting in the yard, if I noticed damage once I got it up in the air id document that too.

It solved so many issues when I was able to show images to people, really destroyed arguments, the only one they were left with is "you faked that"

cameras are so cheap today, I say get one and photograph everything you load/unload saves all the hassle.

Infinity QX50's are jumping the chocks on the rail cars. This is causing damage on the bottom of the rocker panel just behind the front wheel opening on both sides.

Honda CRV's from Mexico are missing a key/fob and/or antenna.

James j, Colorato and Pullin2 Thank this.
