OUCH! Will attorneys work?? I thought a DAC was like a credit report... You need to work with DAC to get it cleared.. But don't quote me...

I can go to an attorney because HireRight doesn't do anything with disputes... all they do is send your information to Central to have them correct it... however, central can still say, "we looked it over and we still maintain that this record is correct" without doing a thing or researching. On my DAC it reports several incidents that ALL seem to happen on the 1st of the month... They ALL have an unknown city and "misc" for accident details. HireRight was already sued and had to pay 2.6 million for doing this and they still haven't corrected their practices. SO that being said, after speaking to an attorney for some 'free' consultation, I CAN sue Central and HireRight for Defamation and can be awarded for money lost if I cant get hired because of their inaccurate or incomplete information. They already tried to send me to a collection agency and the attorneys shot that down and they came off my credit report. LOL. Funny how they added fake accidents so its tough to find a job for 3 years... isn't that how long their lease is? HMMMM... Coincidence?

my suggestion to all the people reading... not to sound negative, but watch your back while with them if you quit. Try your DAMNEDEST to leave on good terms. My experience is not the same as yours, nor was with others previous to me. Mine was pretty good at first, but then went down hill since they could NEVER get me home on time even though I asked 6 weeks in advance. So your mileage may vary. I STILL remember that day in the office... will NEVER forget it. Ill have to tell you about it sometime!
