Do you remember how long it took for yours to be completed? I was told it could take anywhere from 5 days to a few weeks.

 

I came from FXG also. You’re making a good decision. Background on me didn’t take long. About a week or less.

 

Mine took a few weeks and when I got the call to come in I was motorcycling in Montana.
Told em I'd be there in 2 weeks.
Got back and got hired.
Lost 2 places in that 2 weeks though.

 

Mine was a few weeks. I move around quite a bit and they verified everything.........EVERYTHING! I was actually at the point where I was going to tell them to go pound sand and I wasnt going to do it anymore. I was having to provide W2's for employers back to 2012. And they wouldnt ask for it all at one. One here...a few days later, another one.....then another......then another......then another....

Nice, what kind of motorcycle do you have?

That sounds like a frustrating experience for sure.

 

I have an Electra Glide and a Honda Blackbird and my wife rides a Buell Ulysses. They are still sleeping off the winter blues as today it's only 39 out.
Maybe next weekend we ride but the weather dictates all here.

 

Those are some nice bikes! I need to get one at some point, I already have a helmet lol. Only 39 out? ####! We’re starting to hit the 60s and 70s over here in WA.

 

Yeah, so this background check is taking a bit lol. They’ve asked for multiple W2s and paystubs, i’m just wondering when they’re gonna start asking for more interesting stuff lmao. How are you guys doing?

 

Doing very well. That’s one process that for some it’s quick and some it will drag. They usually go back 6-8 years and will verify every job. Will take longer if a certain place does not answer, they’ll ask you for W-2s so that you can prove you actually work there.

 

All is well. Still busy.
