So I saw the other day. A Messer truck pulling a tri axle tanker. Wasn't able to see what was listed on the trailer. Because it was on the other side of the interstate

 

Started recently, Already on boarded and out for customer. The owners seem more down to earth and they actually answer phone. Just been a minute but completely different than that deer park bunch.

 

So when going to pickup paper. I saw a Messer oxygen tank. I question what does a papermill use it for?

 

Sometimes I feel they just sell this stuff to anyone that will take the bait .

 

Used for the aeration/oxygenation process to return water used by the mills to federal and state compliance before it's released back in the waterways

 

How's everyone doing out there?
Been pretty quit up north recently......
aka slow.
Cryo work is somewhat of a bellwhether for the overall economy.
From research to manufacturing from food service to the military and I believe despite employment numbers, we are in a slowdown of sorts.
Typical of spring usually but seems more severe and extended.
Plant was down for a new compressor install last week so we are low on product.
I will bounce down to a IN plant to pickup argon and run it over to southern MN for 2 stops Monday.

Vacations will kick in soon so maybe hours will pickup again.

I couldn't help but notice that the cryo job ads I saw previously....have disappeared.
