How long are you on the road? Sorry, I think you answered that earlier but don’t remember.

Just for a few days, running out to Colorado then drop the trailer in Vegas and head back to SoCal. I was local last two weeks.

When you have a sleeper, they let you sleep in it? And you do all drop and hook?
Wish my terminal had a variety of driving positions and hauled more than just Lin,Lox,Lar.

Yes they let us sleep in them you don’t have to if you aren’t a dedicated line driver though. I usually always do, it’s just easier.
Trailers are all preloaded, we just deliver and drop at plant when empty.

    Dennixx and viper822004 Thank this.

    Quick question-
I was shooting the breeze with an Airgas driver in Utah a couple of weeks ago.

Dude claims he made $200K last year, doing LCO2, running solo in a sleeper truck.

Anybody here have any thoughts on that?

I don’t know about that that’s closer to what the teams pull in.

Only solo people I know in my company that can hit that are the APEX guys who purge oilfield and refinery lines.

If I worked 70 each week, counting OT but not holiday pay we would do 166K
Quite the sacrifice for the cash.
    I'm doing 60-62 a week for about 140
