What I love is I can count on one hand home many extra days I’ve worked. Unlike when I was at AirProducts, constant six days!

One week of hands on with LNI down. I now know what most of the valves do. I'll be solo loading and unloading while the trainer observes this week and most likely will move to nights next week and train with the lead night guy for a few nights and then be on my own. Unloading, Its pretty similar to CO2, but a little more involved getting the process started and much more concentration of keeping customer tank pressure at certain levels. Loading is much easier. Hook one line, open 2 valves, attach sample line and open its valve and go enter a few keystrokes and sit for an hour.

Boy, I thought Portland CO2 had equipment issues....jfc,,,,,,This place takes the cake, lol! But to be fair, It took me over 4 months and threats to get Portland 3 trucks legal and that was with a very stubborn Lead. My new boss seems more receptive, or at least acts it. I had to show him all the permits that were expired, and point out some brake lines and a leaky wheel seal on my first day, but he took care of them. Since we slip seat so much, it will take time to get to 'know' each truck and trailer and be able to get my paws in everything.

Still haven't done a LOX load. I guess we lost most of the business for it. We have Ultra high purity and only a few customers require it now, and some recently started producing themselves. Ridiculous that we have to have FR clothing on all the time 'just in case' we have to do a load of it. Not much else to report. Stay safe, Gentlemen.

Guys, two years of doing this I can proudly say that I am 100% comfortable and know what I am doing. No more panicking or running around like a chicken with its head cutoff. Lol.
I can truly now say that this job is sooo chill.

Dennixx, Cali kid and scythe08 Thank this.
