The Cryo Hauler Thread

OMG..
I don't trust this company as far as I could toss em.
Ever since the "merger of equal" I have seen everything,all aspects of operations deteriorate.

It has gotten so bad I've blocked the company on my personal cell phone.
Which they expect you to use to facilitate communications..but don't get caught w one in your hand or it's adios to you.
They have the eld or computer system in the drivers room along with a mailbox for their "preferred method" of contact,as outlined in our handbooks.

BTW we are reimbursed 120 dollars a year to have a cell for emergency use and for site pictures.
It is taxed by the company as compensation so it is really like 86 bucks a year.

I won't spend a dime on the company.
Treat your drivers like crap and you get back the same.

 

Had same happen to me a few weeks ago.
Got off highway on way to customer and at bottom of ramp at stop light truck refused to stop and tried to lurch thru the red light. Standing on the brake I thru it in neutral to stop it.
After that wouldn't go into gear.
Tried recycling the ignition but nothing.
Got some tools out and disconnected the batteries under the seat to reset computer..nothing.
Finally called and had a tractor towed 100 plus miles out and swapped.
Finished my stops and got a room.
That was 3 weeks or more ago and trucks not back yet..lol

 

2 AP guys that work out of our plant quit this month.
Couldn't deal with the as*hat of a manager.
Ended up going union at a chemical company pulling tanker.
Betting the companies not happy paying contractors to run the liquid.

 

49 and rain southwest of the twin cities.
At a tank manufacturer who uses bulk NI to test the tanks before shipment.

 

Just found out We"Linde" has a few US cryo trucks up here doing our regular freight. I get to go to Walla Walla tonight and they actually wanted me to do another deliver, becasue of the balance on the tank, and take a layover......in the city I live in. There are 2 us cryo trucks doing our runs out of our terminal and I'm having to do Fifes business because.......re4asons..... Wish I could go in the day. I love that whole area up there tremendously.

 

I have never seen you this sarcastic, you are soooooooooooooooooooooooo reardy for retirement from this place lol.

 

So did you see what they are planning in September with the AI drive cams?
