Zero inches and zero pressure typically means a hot tank. Unless the driver is trained in the procedures of filling a hot tank you shouldn’t proceed.

I think what happened. Because of winter storms in Iowa. Matheson wasn't able to get someone to fill their tank. So it got to the point that it was fully used upFriend and viper822004 Thank this.
