Here is one where you have to back up from the street and sleepers can’t make that turn at the corner. Looks like a lot of space but customer usually has material or pallets in the way.![]()

This one, day cabs have to run over the curb a bit with the trailer in order to get in. Cars will also park on the street during business hours.

I backed into here when I was new. Did not know they didn’t want us doing this. We are supposed to get them to move trailers or we won’t deliver.

Given the above examples -- clearly, some deliveries are best left up to the microbulk teams.
At what point does a driver say this stop is too expensive time-wise...and/or it's just not safe....& kick it back to dispatch? Is this explained/clarified during orientation and/or training?
