I understand and I wish you the best in whatever you do and wherever you end up.

Hurt yourself? What did you do? Or do they just have no patience to train you? I was trained 5 weeks and spend every single day of that learning our trailers and getting the hang of how to load, pump and troubleshoot common problems. Sorry to hear that and wished you had a different experience.

Sign on bonuses in cryo are not a red flag. It’s different here. They usually offer it because they’re not getting enough qualified drivers to apply.

Drivers with a class A cdl are a dime a dozen and lots of applications go in the trash from good jobs where a bonus is offered. Experienced drivers with a class A cdl and clean background who don't already have a good job are rare and worth paying a bonus to get.

My Co. Pays well for drivers. Still in some places they have a hard time keeping people there. It is a mix of bad location to work/live ( most likely this one ), also heard some it is a toxic place to work and drivers relocate from there as fast they can apply to relocate ( not sure about this one ). So what my Co. does 10K bonus and for 3 years the post was still there. It is not only the drivers, the whole office. So some terminals in some Co's with big bonus, well I take a little suspicious. Not Bonus given to any driver offered by the Company as a whole.
Is not the company is bad or the terminal, but if the rotation of drivers and office people are constante. New people espeacilly in the office have a hard time to adapt I guess and so goes the logistics.

You mean cryo companies where i live? I know Air Gas is there but from what i remember seein they got small day cab trucks and they haul multiple tanks on a bed trailer. Then you bring them down, haul off on a dolly.
