Wish i could use some voice message on here. So i got here to customer tank for unload at about 12pm and man, this trailer i got sucks. This thing pushes out the nitrogen like if its gravity loadin. It is now 2:16pm. This is so frustratin, i was happy that i got pto to work correctly this mornin and was in good mood cuz i knew i could do loadin and unloadin on my own. Now im just like aaaaaaggghhhhh. This thing is pumpin 60gallons a minute before that it was pumpin 72. Its droppin on gallons and i dont know why.

 

Went down to 58 and now its 67.idk
Maybe like 1hour i'll be done. I got like 17inches left of product.

 

Why you scaring me like that. Lol. Sticking to my steel toe boots then.

 

Could be normal. How big are the pipes going from your connection to the tank? If they’re smaller, you won’t be able to pump out higher or if they have a higher pressure tank also. We have many customers that can only be pumped off at 75 gallons or so. And some at 160 lol.

 

I was told to only keep hammer on fabric. So it can't pickup anything that can effect the gas/liquid

 

Just got here to truck stop, the road trucker path gave me felt questionable and what made it worst was the fog i couldnt see a whole lot in front of me . There was pipe that maybe like 25feet long it connected to two huuuge tanks. What i dont understand is, there a sign there from the customer that says to fill up Linde tank before pumpin into Matheson. An owner operator who was also there to fill up the matheson tank tried helpin me to find out why my trailer pumped slow but we couldnt figure it out. So he waited until i was done. Then he told me to check out his trailer when it was his turn to pump product and his trailer was pumpin close to 120 gallons per minute. Then he goes "hey man just work with ya got, if it cant go any faster then just stick with it for now ."
Trainer that i had, has the same type of trailer as me that runs off pto and is able to hit 100 gallons a minute. So idk i guess i stick with it for now like guy said.
