Thanks for the tips! I have no problem following the rules and I’m not afraid to ask questions so I’m fairly confident this oughta work out. I feel like with where I’m at currently, FXG is more of a job. I’m ready for a career.

Which barn? There are 2 pretty close to each other. One at 480 E 19th St, Tacoma, WA 98421, the other right on the other side of the freeway, 2902 20th St E, Fife, WA 98424. Both are different from what I understand. The Tacoma is more towards cylinders, squirt trucks(Class b tank trucks) and some bulk deliveries. The Fife Location is an actual plant with several products. That plant is Union. I'm not sure about the other. .The driver boss at Fife was over us in Portland. Not bad guy at all.

 

The plant in Fife is where I’d be.

 

Sorry for the late reply. Roger will be your Boss up there unless things have changed. You'll like him. I'm not sure how the Union is up there, But I've met the Shop Steward and He's a good guy and will have your back. You'll be thoroughly trained on everything they have there. I know they operate alot differently than Portland did. We only had one product, CO2. I think You guys produce just about everything up there and run 24 hours a day. I think you'll like ti and wish you the best of luck with your career

 

No problem! Yeah Roger will be my boss, he seems cool. We have nitrogen, oxygen, and argon up here. I have an in-person interview and road test this week. Thanks for the reply and the good luck.

 

Stay of your phone, put your cones out, use G.O.A.L and stay of your phone lol. That’s what most people in this industry get fired for. Cryogenics does not play around when it comes to safety.

 

10/4. I did the road test today, just need to get background checked + take the whizz quiz and then I can put in my 2 weeks with fxg.

 

The Background check was the most thorough that I have ever experienced. I still get irritated about it lol
