Yes Genox is just awful, It’s definitely not a place for an experienced driver who already has established his name with the big 5. I made more money at two third party jobs as an employee.
Do not come here thinking that cryo experience will give you an advantage.

Can't remember if I ever said it. But I feel like I probably would still be at SPT if not for 2 reasons.
One trailers all actually had working gauges and pony motors
Two winter didn't screw things up. Meaning had to deal with tanks with too high pressure.

I used to use my same old dirty nitrogen gloves on oxygen. Now I try to keep a clean pair just for oxygen. I also used to release all the oxygen in the hose after delivery through the drain valve in the truck that releases under the truck. -

AP used to have which ever driver wanted to train, to train the new driver but now they’re training and certifying driver trainers. Which I don’t know why it wasn’t established a long time ago.
