The day has arrived ....

I never worked for them. I was told about Shugal by a man this morning that is going to orientation next week. They are giving him a plane ticket, no bus. Breakfast at the hotel. Lunch and dinner provided by the company. The recruiter drove for them for years.

 

Did you check to make sure the CDL school you're going to is on Schugel's approved list for reimbursement? I know Pinellas Technical is.

 

If your a smart person, don't get into trucking, not these days, you wont make any money. Go to school and be an Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter. Pipe fitters, you can make well over $100k, and always work. Same with the other trades, Electrical, Carpenter. You will have friends in the other trades and will help build your own custom home. Your choice.

 

There are so many clowns driving these days, the Rates have dropped a lot. Just look at the truck that passes you by, LOOK at them and you`ll see, HA, HA, HA. #### Clowns.

 

Just curious, how much do they charge there for tuition?

I have friends in these trades and they are away from home longer than I will be. Making good money means nothing if you don't have the time to enjoy it. I know plenty of people in my area that are drivers, love what they do and make a very good living.
