yup poor guy, I say sue the trucking company for not installing anti jump doors.

 

gota wonder how he will explain that one to safety and the fact that he caused the other wreck.

Driver: Hey Boss, Im in the hospital.
Boss/Safety: What happened?
Driver: umm... (internal thought- How do I explain?) Well... I was going down a grade and it seems the truck was not wanting to brake and I ditched and well... I got injured.
Boss: I see well we'll decide yur company status once your out of the hospital and the investigation is finished. Bye
