What to do about it? This new software Schneider is using is giving me consistent headaches when booking ahead. This software auto calculates etas and hours remaining without considering roll over hours or planned 70 resets according to my boa. By the time you call down there and have then override the software freight can be gone. Extremely frustrating. Anybody have a work around? Another question. When they have you reposition an mt out of route and then bobtail to shipper to pick up your loaded trailer, do we get compensated? Thanks
here's the work around........ Put your ETA and then use "Driver Related".......it will stay Always do 11, 14, 70 when you update your ETA / NAT
You only get compensated for mt trailer moves over a certain mile threshold. Its in the contract. I dont remember the exact numbet
