Being retired I haven't heard him for a while but if this video on YouTube can be believed (I know...) the FCC is finally taking action against the guy monopolizing channel 19 around the southern suburbs of Chicago. There's another video posted on the same guy's page that drives by a house with a big assed antenna on it while they mention him too.
Here's the video about the FCC, who knows if it's real or not but it would be great if it was.
