Rumor has it (Qualcom message) they will have this straightened out by the end of September and the cards will work at either place. Sounds to me like they are just waiting for everything (no word yet on points) to expire and make everyone get a Pilot card. Doesn't matter to me, I've got a pocket full of cards.

I was told at the Cheyenne J, that there would be new cards coming out for the combo. The old cards would then be obsolete and the new cards would work for both locations.

Not sure how it will work though.

We stopped at a Flying J in Kentucky on I64 and were told that we couldn't get a shower even though the Pilot card had 3 showers available on it.

However, after seeing us get a little miffed, the clerk gave us a free shower.

That's probably right. I better use up my points on coffee and donuts before I lose them.

    What an insightful,illuminating post..

I can take or leave most Pilots. They usually have very limited parking, poor quality food choices and the lines are often too long..

But, in a pinch,a Pilot is better than nothing at all.Sure beats a service plaza on the Jersey Turnpike..
