I got an award from GFS for helping out with a situation that was in a similar ball park to this.

Wonderful day at work today (actually everything went off and I made it back to the yard and at the end of the day everything is fine just fine)
Now on to the bad part had our two hardest down town stops today.
Had a small load and not a ton of miles ended up I guess money wise being a debbie downer of a day considering I had some very difficult stops to do and the thing is a 100 cases at 1 floor roll it in easy pease stop pays the same as 100 cases at back in off the street down a ramp ally dock to the right and hug a poll to get it into the dock at big time hard sky scraper stop. So which would you rather do? So in that sense today was nothing to write home about. The warehouse did not load my trailer very well and it was a small load to oh well, it happens... -
Took a couple vacation days, and tried to call the extra board driver that is covering my route. Haven't heard back from him, which I guess is typical for this guy because he already knows it all. I wanted to tell him a few things that would make his day a lot easier, and help me avoid some unhappy customers when I go back. I really couldn't care any less if he has a bad day, but I would like to avoid the PO'd people.
I can't stand hot shot new guys.Mike2633 Thanks this. -

Finally have my road test scheduled this week with mbm, wish me luck!

Took my road test today with the transportation supervisor, guy was super cool. Turns out we're from the same town. Road test was easy enough, backed the trlr. Got nervous so had to pull out a few times. Did an interview with customer service person. Place seems ran really well. Everyone seemed polite and professional and happy. They said they'll call, hope I get the job, seems like a place I could retire at

MBM's (national) hiring policy/procedure is ridiculously long, I'm sure they told you that. 1 month minimum. I've heard of some people taking over 3 months.
