My experiences are just one week old. The above posts really ring true. If you oppose these people in any way whatsoever you are given the old "Heave-Ho". You don,t deviate from anything you are told or face retaliation. Personally I require more cooperation and mutual respect from a company then CFI was willing to give. Most companys are the same dispatchers lie and safty wants a high rating so anything u do is your fault with them.
