    so he is running a % deal 65/35. his posted rate is in line with that. 1500÷450=3.333333.

    2. he is in his immersive learning phase

    3. if he meets his current net revenue goals, he is successful. would expect him to adjust that with gained experience

    Yeah,I just norticed this was a schneider thread- Didn't realize he was leased on somewhere.....So I suppose $2.20 per mile is "ok" for that Lane- Kinda right on the threshold of "It could be better".....

    If Schneider pays all his accessorials (Tolls,IFTA credit)IT MAY be ok

    In flatbedding I get over $2.00 a mile outta Eugene oregon down to Arkansas.
