When I was with Stevens I stopped into T/A and Petro a couple of time for minor repairs. They charged what I consider an outrageous amount to "patch" the repair that normally didnt last anytime.
With my new company I stopped into T/A in Prescott, Arkansas recently because the turbo had come loose from the manifold. They replaed 3 lock washers and nuts and charged somewhere in the neighborhood of $250.
During my PTI the next morning (after running about 100 miles) I noticed one nut was missing and one was loose.
Last week I stopped into the same T/A and had two marker lights on my trailer replaced and one marker light bulb replaced. Parts = $7.xx and labor = $163.xx then to top it off when I got home I had to go to WalMart to buy a new marker light and replace it AGAIN!
