The low rate killer is real.

I really wish they would create an updated version of the millionaire next door. The book is so old they are talking about 10% CDs which no longer exist. They made some great points but I do not agree with everything in that book. They didn't tell you about the millionaires that can afford the Ferraris and multi million dollar homes. One rich guy once said what's the point of being a millionaire if you are going to live middle class forever lol.

 

I haven't read The Millionaire Next Door, but it sounds like a self help book to get rich. If it is, and you've read it, are you now a millionaire?

Protip: The best way to become rich is to have no empathy.

 

Wrong. They are totally happy living 10 people to one room in the ghetto while Americans require a higher standard of living. Their wife collects welfare as a single mom with six kids living alone (on paper). Then they all stand outside and talk loudly for hours every day in their language.
