***the Lumper Scam***

If you get an illegal to unload you and You ask for a Tax # or his SSN# and they give you one (most likely made up) just call the police and say You think that person is in the states illegally. If they are, they will run... You keep the check. If they are legally able to work in the States, Pay them.

 

It's also with those furniture moving vans but it's a bit different since you really need a crew to load and unload those. All piecework right out of or into someone's house.

But no, with flatbeds all you need is a machine to come out and unload. No reason for lumpers.

 

The illegals are working for a service and get paid by the hour,the service will charge you 200 and the lumper will probaly get 20 to 30 of that money,the services also give a cut to the warehouse.

 

Still first things first they are illegals and the police should be called.

 

in California the police do not care if they are illegal or not and will not do anything to them unless they comit a crime.

 

their in this Country illegally, That's braking the Law.

 

And as stated before the police don't care about the law. Its sad but true. Personally I think if they are here illegally that they should be viewed as trespassers and we should be able to shoot them for trespassing.

 

Well I bet if You call the Department of treasury, On someone that is giving out a bad or stolen SSN# they will be thrown in jail..

 

doubt it. they are more worried about the illegals that are out raping and getting 9 year old girls preggo then those that are stealing our jobs. just saying.

Ok, since I'm new to all this.. You back-up to the dock, They unload You. when do You pay them and who do You pay? when they are done and the lumper that unloaded You or do You pay someone else at the dock?
