Man that's tough, I was midwest regional for awhile but I only trained students who were going regional. OTR teaches a different type of dynamic, less predictability, u can go to the same place 3 times and go somewhere different each time. (i.e. del in New England and take scrap paper to New York or paper rolls to the midwest or beer stabilizer to California). Regional is always centrally based within a certain area, so they are always trying to backhaul you to the same area. Not to mention going north OTR and playing in the snow! YAY!

Well guys what's up. Sorry its been so.long but I'm going to sum some things up. I got out of my first trainers truck and went hone for 4 days till my new trainer got around to get me... And boy he's a trip.

I want everyone to know when you do your TRAINER evalutaion he is NOT to look at it and tell the truth on it. Don't.be scared and that's STRAIGHT from Mike Millis mouth.

But honestly I shoulda just stayed with my first trainer. Man if it wasn't for him I would be lost. Even tho he is regional he still did his job and he was #### good at it. But Christmas my new trainer already had vacation put in so i was home from the 23rd - 2nd... The 3rd Took my test in JACKSON GA and passed it on the first try. I would recommend go there if you can. They are great and nice ppl too. But today I tested out with Greg and have to go to trenton to get my truck.... all I can say is I'm glad training is over its been a long road and I've learned a lot. There's WAAAYYYYYY more to the story that I'm not going to disclose on here but let's just say I'm glad to get in MY own truck. If you want details just message me and I will give you my number.

I also have a new number... LOL message me and you can have it! But millis has been great to me so far.

Oh Yeh you can get an advance on your pay if your TRAINER doesn't do his job correct.... I've done it Lol

Oh and EVERYTHING in that TRAINEE evaluation book is for your TRAINER to fill out NOT you. Don't let him tell you ANYTHING in that book is for you to fill out.

But I've ran.into a lot of drivers and i have learned a lot. But if you want to know something dont hesitate to call MIKE MILLIS. He knows what's supposed to be done. Duh Lol don't let your trainer disrespect you. If you feel he is CALL MIKE. You need a good trainer before your thrown out there cuz its a lot to learn but it can be done :)

The pay is very weird. Do not expect to get paid week after week unless you are staying out your whole 5-8 weeks.... And that's if you run everyday. Freight is slow this time of year and the holidays messed me up. But any questions message me and i will tell you the truth! I will try to get on here more now that the training is over!

HAPPY TO GET MY OWN TRUCK :D but i hope everyone.had a merry Christmas and a happy New year! And everyone keep running hard and safe!!!
