There's at least one of those in every class. There were two in mine.

Well there is always 2 sides to each story. It's funny you say I'm the problem person in our group of 4. The guy that you have trained with asked you not to ride with him or even to speak with him while he trains because your always telling him what he's doing wrong. And the same for myself and my partner as well. Also no one will be your roommate because of your bad attitude. Even Greg had to ask you to let him teach the class not you. I hope that you will one day see it's not everyone it's you. I'm sure with age it will change. Good luck and congratulations!

haha ok theres 2 lies.... Rick never told me not to ride with him. Hell he even asked me if i saw anything he was doing wrong in the alley dock on the way to the room the last time i rode with him. Ha And no one wants to be my roomate? Um last i checked im the one that left your room... Yeh i think i did. And your right Greg did say that to me because someone asked a question that i knew the answer to it so i answered them but from that point on i didnt say a word to anyone else or give them any advice. And looks like theres one guy talkin about u to me and me to you.... but idc like i said... you just have a problem being in the same boat as a 21 yr old. Drop your ego. Theres two guys from the other half of the class that only was with you for one week and they both say they are glad they got the half of the class they have because they couldnt sit there and listen to 2 big shots all day that think their better than everyone else. And they only saw you for what 4 days? Its sad when you have 2 guys saying they are glad they wasnt around you because all you do is try to make yourself look better than others. But your right the first day we did backing i did give some pointers because i wasnt having any problems and rick was so i tried to give him advice but after i was called a know it all the first time but someone who is obviously a hater... i stopped telling anything to anyone. And then i got you rick and greg asking me if anything was wrong with me and if i was ok because i wasnt talking.

Oh and what do you call sitting in the back seat saying "rev it higher, watch your trailer, slow down, watch your left side, that sign said blah blah blah, ur going to fast for that gear" i can keep going but those are just the things you said yesterday while sitting in the back seat. You sit there and try to call me a know it all when its been a week and a half since i have even said a word while we have been in the truck all at once. Ive actually been sitting there not saying anything just so i can document every time u told someone how to do something. And for the past 2 weeks you and rick just have it in your head that im a know it all because i tried to help yall the first week but after the first person said im a know it all i didnt say anything else lol Except to rick about his back because HE ASKED. And ha what do you called telling a man his wife is going to leave him because he doesnt quote poems to her? Ha i think you have enough problems in your own home to be worrying about other ppls homes.

But like stated above.... theres two sides to every story but im not going any furth with this. I said what i had to say and i didnt say it to argue with you. Im documenting my experience in class nothing i said was a lie or over exaggerated in any shape form or fashion. And i actually left it simple but that is not what this thread is about so i kept it short. Everyone meets someone they dont like. I never once said you was a "problem person" I just said you got on my nerves... Go reread what i originally put. There was no need to defend yourself here.

    Congrats to you too.

Well the third day of orientation was just a video then we left... now im waiting on my trainers truck to get out of the KW shop. We was supposed to roll out at 12 but that didn't happen. Man I hope he gets out if there soon! Im ready to roll!

But right now ill just sit at home and wait.

Over all class was GREAT! Greg in c'ville is a top notch kinda guy and really knows his stuff! He's really good at what he does man and Millis is really lucky to get a guy like that. They are hard to come by. We learned a lot in 3 weeks but if someone wasn't getting something greg had 15 different ways to explain it. So everyone caught on really well. He got usas far as one could get in 3 weeks. Lol now its up to our trainer. But im also glad its over so I can start making some money and get some.. fresh air so to say lol

We got 5 shirts and a hat with company logos on them. We are not required to wear them but they would like for us to wear them when we are face to face with a customer.

Also I picked non per diem HHG pay. :) simply because im 21yrs old and me and my wife are looking to buy a house soon so I need it to shoe me making more rather than less with per diem. Its all about how you want your taxes done... that's all.

But I enjoyed my time in the school and learned a lot. I hope the new people on hear find this helpful. I will continue to up date until the day I leave millis!

I hope all my co-workers are running hard! And and everyone behind a wheel is staying safe!

mellonhs just keep your log book pages and at the end of the year take them to your tax person and they will do your per diem for you.
