    In my example of pvt fleet, yes sir especially when there is a hub guarantee. Gives them an incentive to get off their arse and make sure what is what like receiver ready, load ready etc and an incentive to break up the team ( back to solo ) if they can't provide the work needed to support said team. Heaven forbid they ever pay a driver to sit around.......

    The hub guarantee got us a grand each, during this outage we each pulled and easy $1600. I say easy but in reality it still wasn't. Odd shifts, hot swapping at 70, truck stop food and coffee and I left my partner in the TS once, had to go back. that's when we developed the boot thing. If his boots are not in view by shifter, you look in the back! ( Wasn't bad tho, only 30 miles away when discovered MIA ) and a mound of paperwork when we got back. Everything had to be balanced to avoid questions...you see.

    I don't know much about lease, but the lease is in one person's name only. In other words you would have to have a team mate already set up and one of you would be on the lease and have to pay the other person. They do let l/p's train though. I don't know the specifics of that deal though.
