    Do not over analyze. It is work. It is hard..It is time frame wise(unusual)...seems overwhelming....hush now child....all good things come to those who(show initiative). Hard work...justified. Get to drive a big truck........DONE

    It is hard...it is intense....it will make you crazy. But, is it worth it?
    hell yeah...
    I drove thru a rainbow the other day. Saw it pass over my hood. worth it? Thats why you drive a truck....to see the world. freight just happens. I drove thru a rainbow. nuf said

    That was old post we already hashed this out. He had some good points. I will be at the Academy Sunday. My load doesn't deliver until Monday # 0600. I will have 2992 miles for the week hopefully I can fit one more in. Treyzguy your a watch dog......LMAO

    I drive
    I drove thru central texas.. it was flat
    I drove
    thru central kansas... it was flat
    I drove thru Manhattan
    ..looked flat
    I saw more in one week than most do in their life. I turned the page of the geography book.
    I was in New Hampshire..woke up in Indiana, drove..woke up in Texas..., woke up? No idea where i'm going today? Fleet manager says turn around....south carolina looks good. woke up in Jersey...did I go by Sookie's house or The S ituations? We see it all, if not...we were close. I saw George Strait one time in Ft. Stockton, Tx..Metallica in Wyoming, Travis Tritt in upstate NY.
    No, just a dumb driver...doing what we do.
    Is it worth it?

    Ive been watching this thread for awhile. I also let my CDL go. I already signed to go with prime in Sept . I would rather go with FFE, Does anyone know the starting pay is? How are the miles? Any info would be great. The web site doesn't have much info......On a side note 4 years ago i quit driving and in 8 years, i cant remember anything bad being said about FFE.

    Does FFE still have the FFE Driver Academy? I just sent an inquiry and the recruiter for FFE asked me how many years OTR experience I had in the US?????? I dropped my CDL and havent driven in 3 years.
