Don't worry about the tickets yet. If u are worried email or call them for an update. As far as the ticket info, I got that e days before I left.

 

I probably woulda jumped on out of sheer boredom! LOL

It'd be just my luck that I would forget my wallet and be stuck in Dallas!!! I'd tell you to pull over and wait for me to catch up with ya' but I don't have anything packed or ready to go, and I hear once I get on that bus it will be at least a couple months till I see my own mailbox again. I wanna spend some a few more days with my daughter before I take a jump that big, she has tons of plans for us before next weekend rolls around.

 

playmaker, are you a company driver or O/O. if your an O/O do you have non-forced dispacthed, and if so do system that pick your loads from or do they just give you an option.

 

Im also starting training on the 15th. At first I was going to go with Prime but they never got back to me after they sent me an email saying they still want me to drive for them.. (i applied 3 years ago..) but somehow i stumbled onto this thread 4 days ago and been hooked since.. lol.. my recruiter was tony and he set everything up fast.. they have me staying at the country inn and suites.. (as of right now..) but thanks to playmaker, spat and treyz for helping me on my decision..

 

Awholeweirdo, Im a little confused why are you down there a week early and why are you in a hotel instead of the dorm.

a week early? but idk.. he asked if the 15th was good for me and i told him no at first and make it the 22nd but then called back and told him that was good for me. maybe some people backed out.. i dont know why im in the hotel and not in the dorm.. i was surprised myself..

 

As for actual travel information, Jerry told me that he would get back to me with all the information the 1st part of the week. He told me that I would need to take a taxi from the bus terminal to the motel so, I should keep the receipt for reimbursement on my 1st check. However, he said that I would only be staying at the motel for the first 3 days then I would be at the academy. Which is fine with me althought I thought I read somewhere in here that females stayed at the motel rather than the academy or perhaps I just imagined that; or well whatever.
