When I lived in California I used to buy my milk in glass jugs. Then when I wanted more milk I take the empty jug back to the store and exchange it for a full jug. They don't seem to do that sort of thing on the East Coast

And here I thought it would be something useful, like people running themselves under with credit card debt and how that's bad, but no just more "the sky is falling" bs.
miszel Thanks this. -
But who buys milk in a grocery store that is in a yellow container? -
Blah. I remember at 6 years old a classmate came into our dorm holding a glass bottle of two liter high above the head.
Then slammed it to the cement/rug floor in front of us. We scattered to get away from the glass
BOING! bounces the two liter bottle.
When you consider how much product you can now run in a trailer back in the 70's without that glass weight and fragility (Particularly in the old days of 123 trailers and non air ride...) it's very profitable. -
homeskillet, austinmike and Blackshack46 Thank this.
