I appreciate you sharing your experience during this process. I start my oreintation on 9/16 and, despite reading several posts on this forum, am still a bit nervous about it.
Thank you sir and good luck to you. -

Big breakfast every morning. All paid for, and lunch and dinner. Yummy.... -
I did mention earlier about the size of the class. A lot of people think it is a bad thing or a negative on The company, not at all. Class is so large because of prime giving so many people the opportunity to make it. When the class size shrinks So much, it is not because of prime, it is because of people trying to waste the their time. Some know they can pass a drug screen, physical or even handle being on the trucks for that long or the life style. Those who don't make it are not due to prime. Some are at fault and other are due to regulations that must be met. So you have to know and understand what you are getting into.

Its really not anything difficult, the lifestyle of the job is just waaaay too much for a lot of people.
Also, to re-iterate on what IronPony said. Instructors and trainers can be company too. The majority are lease ops because thet get a lot more financial benefits from you.123456 Thanks this. -
