Keep up the good work. Schneider keeps calling me asking if I would like to come back but i wont go back to them unless they can guarantee some money. The 1800 mile average per week seems like nothing when I'm doing 2600 - 2800 miles each week at the same cpm.

As of today I am one of 3 (2 company) out of 13 left from my class and I got 50+ days til I hit my year. They put me onto ecolabs and I have a 3 stop drop tomorrow. Everyone I’ve talked to said itll keep you busy. So we’ll have to Put a little time on it and see what it does lol. Everyone’s saying checks are 1200-1600 but I’ll wait till I get my own eyes on it.
Another point the guy that’s leaving today said the rehiring specialist called yesterday while he’s still with the company and I’m wondering just how much cheaper is to hire a team of rehiring “specialists” vs investing to keep drivers onboard

that was the vibe I was getting from my day with the trainer.. he was telling me of the customers having some interesting spots and the place we delivered too was in a little town and we was almost up in someone’s driveway

Ecolab sucks in the summer do to the heat. Ut by winter you will like that extra bit of clothing. Never trained for ecolab but they did have me help on a load that needed going from the PA eco terminal down to Dallas, TX. Funny thing is that the place never even knew I was coming since they were never told that a order was coming in.

Man there was brutal rain storm this morning got to delivery 1 at a perfect time the unloader said he had just arrived. Pulled to where I needed to be and Suited up pulled some hoses out and lined em up put the spill pads out and some buckets all that was left was to get the paperwork signed and to scan and connect. I look at the fill line... 2inch connection so I go back to grab my fitting.. I had every fitting in the world except the 3in m to 2in F that I needed. I’m thinking it was swiped by somebody cause I keep mine coupled to my 3in f to f. Only separating them to clean em but it was no longer together. Just so happens that I kept all the fittings in the outside toolbox instead of the side box when I switched trucks but lesson learned.

So the first assignment went well, had a couple hiccup moment that could’ve made it go smoother. Scanned google maps and determined that the best parking spot was 70 miles away in wi but when I got there they told me the had over night parking... wasted an hour there. But man I see why some of most of those milk truck are always shining. I walked into the bays and it’s practically a big a car wash lol like they was competing to see who can get it shinier while getting loaded. On the way back I ran into Milwaukee traffic and while on the red line for fuel I knew the the exact pilot I was headed too but I was thinking please don’t let me run out of fuel cause of stop and go acceleration smh

I know you cant always dictate when you roll thru Chicago, but if heading south and you can hit the O'Hare airport area by 1-130 ish you'll be alright, Unless there has been an accident.
