Just over 104k right now. 4 day work weeks working 48hrs/wk or so, local. I’m happy with it, although I could use more lol.

I'm at $115,000 and should hit $126,000. I'm down about $12,000 from where I should be. Freight was slow this year and I was canceled alot.

If you don't have investments and retirement it might be wise to make an appointment to see a financial planner.

Most banks have one on staff and they can be a big help in getting things started.

It's California man I say they should pay you 200k for Al the stuff you guys put up with. California makes it very hard to be a truck driver. I've been there with Marten transport and I always hated it. Beautiful state, but driving the truck there never was fun.

I was a regular at Ace of Diamonds for a minute tho lol. Fun fun times there...

I started my driving career in CA, so it's not a big deal. It's still inconvenient and I still hate having to drive back home to clock out, but the increased frequency of inspections, lower speed limits and associated bs is normalized to me.

I’ll probably have 1 more good week like this and a few smaller checks to close out the year.

Who else keeps track of their miles? I’m sitting at 117k miles so far.

Speed_Drums, dwells40 and LtlAnonymous Thank this.

I’ll drive roughly 44k miles this year. One 150 mile day, and a two day route totaling roughly 700 miles. I ride along in a passenger seat on the 4th day. I know, I know…. How do I even call my self a truck driver. Simple- I dont. Lol

    dwells40 and jmz Thank this.
