    Once again, drivers do not have to take the two hour training course. Only ONE manager working for the carrier must take the course.

    In the not so recent past, trucks were required to have a fuel permit sticker for every state that they operated in.

    My company got a temporary permit while they wait for the permanent to be mailed...
    Today I am in PA.... went to 2 receivers and one shipper... two of them were in an affected area... but so far, they haven't seen any bug... and I didn't see any either.... :biggrin_25512:
