$85 Enforcer Lock Kit? -
Then it's 4-5 days of orientation, and the load securement part has me a little nervous. After that's all said and done, it may be success and happiness! Making a dime a mile more sure doesn't hurt either!

What kind of money do you think people deserve after a 5 week training course? People that go to college for four years don't always start over 35k. Your boss always makes money off you, that's the point, lol.
-
Yeah, but swift is for the first year only. Unless you're gonna make money off teaming on students, its dumb to stay after 6 months to a year. First year usually sucks, I plan to be prepared for it, lol.

You've got to get experience somewhere. Good luck.

MJ1657, TruckDuo, cementandrocks and 1 other person Thank this.

Hey, I wasn't trying to speak badly of you sheriff. I just don't think 35k for ONE year is that bad.
What expectations did you have? 60k the first year and home every week? You can get to that, but you need experience for those jobs.
I'm not trying to start an argument with you bud, but you're throwing away a career that you you chose and went thru training to get into because you had a lousy experience 5 months in. I read thru this whole thread, I know there were a few people telling you there's better companies for you.
