The Thanks! button

I was thinking the same thing the other day. We need a "No Thanks" button that would say something like
"The Following Users think you are full of it poster name:" I know thats not quite what it should be, but something along those lines. Basically a disagreement button. I think thats why some posters post EG: _________ or _______

 

Actually, a couple of years ago, they had something like that on here.

It quickly went away because of the political forum and childish posters.

 

I have this same problem! Everytime I thank someone my screen is replaced with that same Bulletin message. Then I have to hit the back arrow to go back to where I was in the thread. My thank you doesn't show up unless I go back a page in the thread and then return to that poster I thanked. I do that alot just to make sure I thanked someone because I have a memory problem. I am so glad I found this thread and this post because I mentioned this problem when I first found this forum but stated I was sure I would figure it out. Well I haven't figured it out. Do I get an Atta Girl for going thru the extra effort to thank someone?

Thank you. But is getting that vBulletin Message after each thanks normal or due to my browser settings? Not that big a deal really, I liked getting the big Atta Girl.

 

You sure do get an ATTA GIRL for admitting to having memory problems! I don't feel nearly as lonely here now!

 

Yes it happens everytime on every thread and every post I thank but I don't know what is a URL.
