The truth about heartland.

regional they claim 3 weeks home one week out. complete lie. everytime i wanna go home they send me the opposite direction and i decline loads and hell breaks loose. they should of just let me do otr if they were not gonna honor theri home time with regional. complete lie. and they been send me to customers with not enough hours to leave to safe haven and it's continueous and i've been declining and calling saftey right and left i am looking for other jobs and a way out. dont listen to chromedome sounds like he's a company recuriuter not true. warning do not go to heartland i am working on a way out.

 

everything this driver said is ture. i am going through it right now. looking for a way out of this company right now.

 

Me too, going thru the exact same thing with Heartland. These guys don't care bout anyone.

 

I have been using this forum thru several company's. No, I am not a recruiter. I only post on what my personal experiences are, not anyone else's.
I have had times that I was rather pissed at Heartland. But you have that at every company. I am also OH dedicated. So I do not get screwed with very often in other regions I go into. I go in and back out. Plus I am guaranteed to be home every weekend.
But when I was regional I was still home most weekends. Normally it was Saturday morning fairly early till Monday morning. But I was home for a 34 almost every week.
Me and some others on here are in OH region and not having the same issues I seem to hear from drivers in other regions. But I cannot relate that. Because I am not in those regions and I do not have first hand knowledge of how they are running.
I have also never said anywhere in this forum that Heartland is for everyone. Actually I have said many times that they are not for everyone. But that they work well for me.
But if you want to play that ignorant recruiter line, go for it. Anyone that has been on this forum for any real period of time knows better.

yeah chrome dome is a recruiter for sure. cause i work for heartland and everything he is saying is a lie. i am always in the north east shot miles. always run my clock out and i dont make no money cause of short loads with no place to park and they ask my to violate my clock. very very bad company. and after a couple log violations you get suspended then fired and hope state boy dont pull you over they your get a fine and shue down. not worth it. it's a dirty company and they dont care about us. working on my way out right now. better of with jb hune intermodel or conway or crete stay clear of heartland very very very very very bad company.

 

Heartland does not hire recent graduates, they require at least one year of experience. They do not have signing on bonuses. Very good company all around if you can get on with them.

 

Heartless express are liers, thieves and Scammers run the opposite direction and save your self the headache and the nightmare and chromedome is a recruitor.

 

It really bothers me when someone questions my integrity and calls me a lier. I cannot call you out on here. And I guess I really don't need too. Because anyone that has been on this forum for any real period of time knows that I am a driver and not a recruiter.
As I have said dozens of times. I can only say what my experiences are. All terminals and dispatchers are not created equal. The same could be said about drivers that cannot hack the job.
Heartland is working for me. It did not work for you. Heck, you can find hundreds of drivers happy with any large carrier. And most of them I would never work for. Everyone has their place.
I have also never said that everything is perfect. There are quite a few things I would like to see changed. But coming onto a forum and whining will not change them. Neither will talking about people that you do not know and that you know absolutely nothing about.

 

everything negetive I said is backed up by the other drivers about heartless on the other forms. On this site your a lie and a cheat like your heartless company. Heartless express.
