The Twinkie Diet

I'd guess long term he would be at a higher risk for diabetes with this kind of eating, but the lower cholesterol numbers are sure interesting! Way safer than all the side effects of the normally prescribed medicines.

 

He lost 54 lbs of muscle and gained 27 lbs of fat.

 

lol I am trying that diet. I heard a full interview of him on Foxnews. He actually ate two to three twinkies a day. And ate some veggies at the end of the day. And he also drank a glass a milk too for the protein.

 

i tried the 3 big mugs of coffee/a box of donuts/a stop at mickyd's--4 or 5 cokes and two packs of smokes a day diet--i added in about 18 hrs of driving a day to make sure--and i only gained about 15 lbs and a tiny bit--the tiny bit came from the two stents in my artery

 

What's the point of going on some bogus diet that puts your heart at risk for heart disease, and possibly a heart attack and/or stroke?

I'm no doctor, but trying to lose weight quickly off of the consumption of junk food is never a good idea. I really hope that this nutrition "professor" reconsiders his dietary habits in the near future.

 

Go to Foxnews.com and read the full story. He said he also ate some veggies at the end of the day. I read the ingedients of the twinkies and saw nothing that would cause a stroke or heart attack. He also drank a glass of milk for the protein. I been trying it myself and lost 5 pounds so far after four days. But at the end of the day I have a salad or a six inch subway sandwich.

 

So, I wonder who he is getting ready to kill. I'm thinking here of the "Twinkie Defense."

hey on a good point is that a twinkie will last at least 1.5 million years before it gets stale
