the unnecessary usage of j-brakes, why????

    Yeah, and I've had bikes cut so close in front of me I can't see the tops of their helmets, both sportbikes and Harley's, so if we're gonna talk about being aware and courteous on the highway, it goes both ways.

    Yea, that happens all the time no matter what vehicle your driving. But it's a horse of another color when your cruising along minding your own business and a big truck tries to push you on down the road like that ####### did, I have been on the road in commercial trucks since 1984 and have always tried to be be responsible and courtious to others, just as I was taught. That particular incident would'nt have bothered me if I had been alone, but when your wife is staggered beside you on her own bike it brings about a different feeling as you look in the mirror and pray "nothing goes wrong" OUR 18 wheelers can't stop as easy/quick as a smaller vehicle.....But I guess it's guys like that that give the rest of us a bad name, no matter if I'm dragging a lowboy or riding my Harley.
