    Number 3 has to be Virginia as well. But you got me on the 1&2.

    Number 1 95 in North Carolina.
    Number 2 I-66 toward Winchester VA

    2-bingo! yup 66 coming up on 81
    3-also right , thats 95 just above richmond

    yup sure is nice , little rain in the morning, but its a nice ride, flat, no scales, much less traffic
