nope.
it's off a minor hwy that starts in CA and changes #'s in NV and swings through an Army depot on it's way north before connecting to a major highway.

 

im looking at google maps and cant even figure it out

how about this one, ill tell everyone this is NY but what road? yes im 13 6 , sign is a little off

 

there are only so many guesses you can have on this one

 

Ron, all the clues point to Hawthorn as the depot, CA167/NV359, but that's about as close as I can get.
