Oregon, near Portland. Worst drivers I've seen; they beat Kommyfornians easily.

My Dream bumper sticker? My blinkers are not asking your permission... move!

9-3 is the new hand position, that's what is taught now, especially if you have an airbag in the steering wheel.

Worst drivers, any idiot with a "Coexist" bumper sticker, I haven't seen one that can drive decent yet.

My personal fav is the guys with the jacked up 4x4s that pull into the fuel aisles, always funny to pull up next to them and ask if that's what they call a truck

I expect people in cars to be idiots. The worst ones are the "safe" drivers. Look straight ahead and grip the steeringwheel. Get into bad weather, they slow down. In heavy rain, they put their hazards on. Just wish they would get into the right lane. In construction zones, they run 25 mph even though the posted speed limit sign in the construction zone is 55. And please don't let there actually be anyone working in the construction...FULL STOP. Great, an accident in the construction zone.

Worst Driver are all from Atlanta Ga, and they are proud of it. You talk with one and mention how sorry they drive they start to smile and say Yep we are, hehehe... My first close call driving an 18 wheeler was in St Louis Mo, but the car had Fulton County tag from Ga. Some may say NYC driver but I still say Atlanta Driver have them beat by 1000 times over. Type of car has nothing to do with it.

OK I have a better question? Pray tell where are there good drivers? IMHO--we are in at least the 3d generation of NO TRUE DRIVER EDUCATION--add to that--at least the 2d gen of ME GEN drivers---then add that 70%(at least)of the motoring public cant walk and chew gum at the same time--but they can talk text surf the web-adjust their GPS and flip u off at the SAME time--LOL
In the end it is all part of the game..so u deal with it--or move on--or like some--live with the high BP and heatburn.....
But I would really like to hear someone tell me where there are good drivers?

From reading this thread I have deduced that every driver in every city/state is terrible.

George Carlin said it best:" Have you ever noticed that everyone driving slower than you is an idiot while everyone driving faster than you is crazy?"

We've all had bad experiences with 4 wheelers in just about every city. Fact is they're all ignorant. They've never been in a truck and seen things the way we see them.

I drive through Dallas a lot and find them to be the least considerate, rude and dangerous drivers in the country. If I asked a driver stationed in the Northeast they may say Mass drivers take the cake. An L.A. driver would say the same about SoCal drivers...and on and on and on.

I love to tell them "That's not a truck...that's a pickup. This here is a truck."
